Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement by and between the District and Blenderbox, Inc., New York, NY, for the latter to provide updates to enhance preschool enrollment workflows for the Early Childhood Education Office by improving efficiency, usability, and operational visibility; support document samples and physician exam uploads, while Seat Management will include a new indicator for students who have received offers from other schools and streamlined actions requiring fewer clicks; allow staff to directly updated registration status and related fields within the interface, making preschool application management more efficient and user-friendly, for the period of November 1, 2025 through May 05, 2026, in the additional amount of $108,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $790,200.00 $898,200.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
