Seq., between District and Modular Solutions, Atwater, CA, for the latter to furnish labor and equipment to dismantle, transport, and re-assemble eight (8) portable classrooms; fee includes skating charges, transportation permits, new foundation lumber, disposal of existing wood foundations, and skirting around the base of classrooms, in conjunction with the Bella Vista Portable Removal Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing June 22, 2015 and concluding no later than July 22, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $74,173.00.
