Approval by State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Kawana White, for the latter to provide tutor working under direction of the classroom teacher; tutor will be supervised by the TSA; tutor will work with 1-4 students at a time; tutoring will be working with a variety of grade levels from K-5 as assigned; tutor will be responsible for submitting a monthly invoice to the distrct, checked by TSA and signed by the school principal; tutor may be asked to support school programs as needed (i.e., procturing during testing, distributing textbooks, hands-on science programs, kindergarten lunch and yard duty, etc.) for the period October 30, 2008 through November 30, 2008 in an amount not to exceed $2,557.50 at Laurel Elementary School.
