Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Lincoln Child Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 333.34 hours to 1) provide Mental Health Services for clients that meet Med-Cal eligibility requirements; 2) monitor Medi-Call eligibility; 3) provide clinical support services at school, including but not limited to, group counseling sessions, individual therapy sessions and IEP/SST meeting; 4) provide a report of service provision principal; 5) meet with principal to provide service updates at Sankofa Academy, for the period August 29, 2011 through June 15, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00
