Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Mary Hamadeh, Alameda California, for the latter to provide 1,150 hours of service to 1) meet with the Credentials Supervisor to define certification requirements for all teaching positions and to identify teachers who either have not met requirements or may be misassigned at their sites; 2) confirm guidelines for site administrators and teachers to reconcile certification or assignment issues; 3) provide teachers with information regarding credential requirements, implement exam-preparation and support workshops, and direct subject-matter course advisement; 4) advise site administrators regarding master schedules; 5) report information needed to maintain teacher-certification databases, and notify sites of discrepancies, for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
