Approval by State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract between District and Oakland Youth Chorus, for the latter to provide an additional 725 hours, increasing service hours to 1515 hours, of introductory and warm-up exercises and games; music games; introduction to melody and harmony or rhythm and beat; rhythm and beat; practice performance songs or rhythms; introduction of polyrhythms, work on performance peices; introduction to composition - begin development of class-written performance piece; continuation of performance preparation; preparation for performance; advanced rhythhms, harmonies for the period September 10, 2007 through June 8, 2008 in an additional amount of $35,793.00, increasing the previous contract amount from $3,685.00 to $39,478.00 at Think College Now Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
