Title: Approval by Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide afternoon STEM/Enrichment activities to extend the morning summer program into a full day program at Urban Promise Academy for the period of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, in the additional amount of $24,464.00, increasing the Agreement from $124,064.00 to a not to exceed amount of $148,528.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
