Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Creative Supports, Inc, Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to supply, including delivery, placement and adjustment of all equipment and products when needed, ergonomic equipment (chairs, adjustable height table bases, specialized keyboards, mice, footrests and monitor risers as an example) per Cal-OSHA requirements resulting from ergodic evaluations of District employees, for the unchanged term of July 01, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $29,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $70,000.00 to $99,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
