Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and Zerita N. Dotson, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide 132 hours of service to assist in test preparation by providing practice materials that will help students to familiarize themselves with test taking while increasing their test taking skills and understanding on how to test better; give students English Language Arts simulated pre-test designed to increase skills and hone their test taking abilities to ready the students for the State Proficiency test; give students elevated and timed testing leveled simulations to broaden their testing skill to prepare them for their year-end STARS test, at Grass Valley Elementary School, for the period March 19, 2012 through June 8, 2012, in a not to exceed amount of $5,000.00.
