Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Grace Persico, Oakland, CA, for the latter to automatize Enrollment Packets, monitor enrollment and application process, prepare and manage all student, parent and staff level communications regarding enrollment decisions, help specific sites develop youth and family friendly outreach materials; assist sites with summer program outreach targeted at high needs students, review summer attendance data to determine sites with highest needs; meet with lowest attendance sites to identify key challenges in family communication and student outreach and make sure that all summer learning applicants have submitted necessary paperwork, follow up with any additional parent and student communication as related to summer learning program, via Office of Post-Secondary Readiness, for the period of July 1, 20160 through January 02, 2017, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
