Approval by Board of Education of Purchase and Installation Contract between District and DFS Commercial, Foster City, CA, for the latter to furnish and install Armstrong Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) with a six inch base in the entranceway of the (Life Academy) and provide other services as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in conjunction with the Downtown Relocation Project for the period commencing June 1, 2008 and terminating July 30, 2009 in an amount not to exceed $12,583.00.
