Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between District and The Grove Consultants International, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide 350 hours of service as follows, to promote Social Emotional Learning and Leadership across the organization, by: 1) collaborative design and facilitation for a four-hour Start Up meeting; 2) a four-hour meeting to plan the Engagement and Communication Strategy; 3) a one-day meeting to develop a Vision and Draft Journey Map; 4) delivery of a computer-generated Vision- Journey Map; and 5) up to four hours of online and phone consultation and support for the SEL Design Team including at least one schedule with meeting for"reflections and a midcourse correction." for the period of May 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
