Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and My School RD, Inc, Wrightwood, CA, for the latter to provide additional menu support and training with Nutritional Analysis Services in Titan for inventory, ingredients, recipes, and menus for school year 2023-2024 for the unchanged term of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in the additional amount of $20,000.00 increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $67,500.00 to $87,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
