Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 4, Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and HKIT Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide enhanced construction administration services; structural engineering design additional services and maintenance of the north retaining wall property line gap (part two), in conjunction with the Glenview Elementary School New Construction Project, and extending Agreement term from February 26, 2014 through February 26, 2019 to April 16, 2020, for performance of services specified in the Scope of Work, in an additional amount of $480,490.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $2,877,510.00 to $3,358,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
