Approval by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Student Program for Academic & Athletic Transitioning (SPAAT), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide its College & Career Performance Initiative, a holistic academic based supports program, embedding comprehensive academic support services (tutoring, academic counseling, college advising, and coordination of services) into the African American Male Achievement Program and Oakland Athletic League Programs, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at McClymonds High School, for the period of August 13, 2019 through May 28, 2020, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 and COVID Amendment thereto.
