Approval by the Board of Education of the Conditional Award Letter to the City of Oakland, authorizing the City to proceed with conditionally awarding Oakland United School District the right to redevelop and operate Sobrante Field, and authorize Superintendent of Schools, or designee, to enter into negotiations with the City to develop a Sublease Agreement, consistent with the existing Ground Lease by and between the District and the City of Oakland, regarding the Recreational Facilities Sobrante Park, located at 470 El Paseo Drive, Oakland, CA, subject to final review and approval of any resulting Sublease Agreement by the respective Parties.
