Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Non Competitively Bid - on behalf of the District to Star Elevator, ("Contractor"), San Carlos, CA, for the latter to provide labor and material to modify the fire service circuitry on the passenger elevator, for the Fremont High School New Construction Project, in the amount of $39,435.00, which includes a contingency of $2,030.33, as the selected contractor, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said contractor, with work scheduled to commence on February 11, 2021, and scheduled to last until June 30, 2021, pursuant to the Agreement.
