Approval by State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with GKK/McCarthy, Roseville, CA, for the latter to provide facilities assessment requirements in conjunction with the Williams Act, including filing with OPSC of survey plans, researching facility records, compiling plans, pertinent documents and data in preparation for facility inspections, designing MS Access database for consolidation and import of known facility data, perform needs assessment inspections and documentation in compliance with Education Code 17592.70 and other services as described therein for the Division of Facilities Planning and Management in an amount not-to-exceed $294,224.30, increasing the Agreement from $3,204,000.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $3,498,224.30. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
