Approval by State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Contract between District and Gibson and Associates, for the latter to provide an additional 93 hours of weekly classroom-based Math coaching and professional development, including demonstration lessons, observations with feedback, co-teaching, one-on-one meetings, and grade-level meetings, monthly whole-staff Math professional development for the period December 12, 2007 through June 15, 2008, in an additional amount of $9,300.00, increasing the previous contract amount from $23,054.00 to $32,354.00 at Futures Elementary School. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
