Ratification by State Administrator of Change Order No. G2 to Construction Contract with North State Pacific, Petaluma, CA, for the latter to provide safety fencing around portable during demolition, adding 19 feet fencing with one (1) pair of gates for upper yard access, installing gas line for heaters in portables, adding additional fire alarm components, running sewer lines to existing toilets and restrooms and other items as described therein in conjunction with the Jefferson Elementary School Modernization Project in the amount of $47,946.00, increasing the Agreement from $422,271.00 to $470,217.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
