Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Bonita Bumblebee, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an extension and expansion of the After-School Arts Enrichment Program for TKK students; expand existing program at school providing services beyond the original timeframe; grow program from one site to a total of six sites for the full school year; add new after-school arts enrichment services at Prescott Elementary School, Brookfield Elementary School, East Oakland Pride Elementary School, and Lockwood STEAM Academy, ensuring that more students have access to continued, high-quality arts enrichment opportunities, in the additional amount of $71,984.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $14,850.00 to $86,834.00 and extending the Agreement term from October 06, 2025 through December 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
