Approval by Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement between District and Kleinfelder, Inc., Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to provide additional services to complete all laboratory testing, engineering analyses and reporting, due to an unforeseen condition, whereas additional testing was required in the field to solve the problem of wet soils which would not compact, some of the soil samples were analyzed in the lab in conjunction with the Sequoia Elementary School Paving and Landscaping Project in an additional amount not to exceed $2,807.00, increasing the Agreement from $14,783.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $17,590.00, and extending the end date from December 31, 2007 to December 31, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
