Approval by State Administrator of a Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Contract between District and MSquared Consulting, Inc., for the latter to provide one-on-one coaching with members of the Custodial Services Leadership Team and Operations Support Coach, Facilitation, project planning and team development will be provided for the Custodial Services Leadership Team, Support Staff Team, and on an as-needed basis (determined by Operations Support Coach) for the Field Supervisor Team, Facilitation, project planning, team development, and some tool development (i.e. excel spreadsheets, meeting minutes, project plans, others to be determined) will be provided to support the work of the Operations Support Coach in identifying and implementing improvement project opportunities, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 increasing the contract from $365,419.00 to a not to exceed amount of $395,419.00 for the period September 3, 2007 to June 30, 2008.
