Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Rincon Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional environmental services due to expanded schedule and increased Scope of Work as described in the Proposal dated March 12, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in the additional amount of $156,568.00, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $772,984.80 to $929,552.80, and extending the term of the Agreement from June 5, 2025 through December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027, an additional 365 calendar days. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
