Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children (EBAC), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide one full time equivalent (FTE) for additional therapeutic and case management services, allowing the clinician to offer therapy to non-Medi Cal and Medi-Cal transitioning students in addition to the services the clinician provides to students with active full scope Medi-Cal, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of October 16, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00.
