Ratification by the State Administrator of a Professional Services Contract between District and Urana Jackson-Smith, for the latter to design and implement a schoolwide conflict mediation program, conduct mediation sessions among students and students, student and teacher and teacher and teacher disputants, conduct intensive two-day mediation training for 6 to 12 mediators on mediation methods, logistics and procedures, and perform other duties, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference, as though fully set forth, at Oakland Technical High School for the period August 25, 2008 through June 15, 2008, at a cost not to exceed $45,000.00.
