Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Patricia (Patty) Garcia, Crockett, California, for the latter to provide 541 hours of service conducting mandatory smokeless school day - tobacco awarness groups for students caught with tobacco; conduct TAP quit cessation groups and counseling for students attempting to quite using tobacco; provide intake and assessment of students caught with tobacco; fill out a monthly activities log and providing that information to Tobacco Usage Prevention Education evaluator and act as program site coordinator for six to eight school sites, for the period of September 14, 2009 to June 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00.
