Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and The Teaching Well, Oakland, CA, for the later to provide professional development sessions to build skills and language around self-care, community care, socio-emotional/body-based learning and work-life balance, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of September 16, 2024 through May 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $4,500.00.
