Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Teri K. Smith, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional development and technical support to three counseling interns/trainees, who will see a total of 30 individual students in weekly therapy sessions; attend weekly Coordination of Services Team (COST) meetings to review interns caseloads, manage ongoing caseload needs and provide crisis support; provide weekly one-hour individual supervision and support sessions to interns; facilitate monthly meetings of interns, as described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland International High School, for the period September 14, 2015 through June 18, 2016, in an amount not to exceed $17,500.00.
