Ratification by the Board of Education of Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Apex Refrigeration Corporation, dba Pelco Sales and Service, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide labor for the installation of a remote walk-in box, which will be supplied and delivered to the kitchen by the Supplier; run copper piping, weld, insulate, then pressurize with Nitrogen; leak check; charge with new CA refrigerant, for the Skyline High School Walk-In Freezer Installation Project, described in the proposal dated March 7, 2026, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, in an amount of $9,743.92, with the work commencing April 1, 2026, and being completed by May 1, 2026, via Division of Facilities Planning and Management.
