Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Jacquelyn Byrd, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide reading intervention services to 2nd thru 5th grade students who are two (2) or more levels below grade level, using the LLI (Level Literacy Intervention Program), as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at East Oakland Pride Elementary School, for the period of August 12, 2020 through May 24, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
