Approval and support by the State Administrator of a Grant Application made by East Bay Asian Youth Center to the City of Oakland Fund for Children and Youth seeking funding for After School Enrichments Services at La Escuelita Elementary School in the amount of $100,000.00, for the period July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 and, if awarded, in whole or in part, to accept same pursuant to terms and conditions thereof, if any.
