Approval by the Board of Education of Purchase Order between District and WHM Incorporated, Moraga, CA, for the latter to do site visit and examine electrical installations; develop punch list items where deficiencies are found; provide sketches to remediate any descrepancy notice; and provide final verification form and Division of State Architect (DSA) close out procedure, in conjunction with the Highland New Classroom Building Project, more specifically delineated in the Scope of Services in Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period commencing July 9, 2013 and concluding no later than July 9, 2014 in an amount not to exceed $3,920.00.
