Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 6, Professional Services Facilities Contract between District and HKIT Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Civil Engineering documents to accommodate City of Oakland mandated C-3 drainage requirements in conjunction with the Jefferson Portable Replacement in an additional amount not to exceed $12,811.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $1,908,768.00 to $1,921,579.00. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
