Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and TMI Consulting, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional and quality care ergonomic services and education for employees to help reduce or prevent injuries in the workplace; offer comprehensive ergonomic workplace risk factor assessments and intervention by looking at the physical demands of the job to decrease the risk of injury/illness, increase safety, enhance worker productivity, and improve quality of work life for all; and share with each employee an ergonomic checklist to ensure a user-friendly workstation, via Risk Management Department, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
