Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement by and between the District and Shaw Integrated and Turf Solutions, Inc., Calhoun, GA, for the latter, at Owner’s request, to procure and install Brock Pad for the ICS-TCN softball/baseball field …  and includes turf removal and patching by Shaw Integrated and Turf Solutions, Inc., to accommodate catch basin modifications, the latter punch list chargeable back to Redgwick Construction, in the not-to-exceed amount of $87,547.00, increasing the Agreement price from $1,091,550.00 to $1,179,097.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
