Approval by Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement between District and Schirmer Engineering, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide design services to submit drawing package to Division of State Architect (DSA) for approval; the fees also include the DSA plan review fee of $1,600.00, due to District requested change, whereas Schirmer originally agreed to supply the submittal package to OUSD who would then give it to the Architect of Record (AOR) for submission to DSA and various other items as described herein in conjunction with the Highland Fire Alarm Upgrade/Replacement Project in an additional amount not to exceed $4,500.00, increasing the Agreement from $18,330.00 to a not-to-exceed amount of $22,830.00, and extending the end date from December 31, 2008 to December 31, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
