Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Arcina Risk Group LLC, Los Angeles, CA, for the latter to provide additional Insurance Archaeology services to the District covering years 1975 through 1983 and of potential excess insurance coverage, in an additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,000.00 to $40,000.00, for the unchanged term of July 1, 025 through June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
