Title: Ratification by the Board of Education of a Service Agreement by and between the District and LogicTree IT Solutions, Inc, Citrus Heights, CA, for the latter to provide “a FormsTrackR subscription configured for the current Tips Management features currently used with the District’s HubConnect system through LogicTree IT Solutions Inc. Include additional features to add 30 additional sites and required “associates” which are staff that have access to receive and manage incoming tips including assigning tips to responding staff. Convert the current HubConnect platform features and system data to the new FormsTrackR management system through LogicTree IT Solutions Inc.” for the term July 16, 2026 through June 30, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $45,425.50, via Risk Management Department.
