Approval by the State Administrator of the Amendment No. 1 - Professional Services Contract between District and Catherine Miller, for the latter to provide additional monthly professional development, professional learning community facilitation, focused on how to use observation data to plan for student learning environment, coaching, support services to program director and site administrators, and observational assessments at all sites, to gauge ongoing progress toward project performance targets and support ongoing data reflection with teachers at sites, in an additional amount not to exceed $20,000, increasing the contract from $25,000 to a not-to-exceed amount of $45,000. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect.
