Title: Presentation by the Board of Education for the Public Review ("Sunshining"), pursuant to Education Code Section 42127(h) (and Board Policy 3100), of subsequent revisions and expenditures made to District's adopted 2016-2017 Budget reflecting final funding allocated to the District by the State Adopted Budget Act (Governor's Budget) for 2016-2017.* __________ *The above-referenced Education Code Section requires such public disclosure not later than 45 days after signature of the annual State Budget Act (Act) by the Governor. Governor Edmund "Jerry" Brown signed the 2016-2017 Act on June 27, 2016, making the final disclosure date August 11, 2016.
