Ratification by State Administrator of Professional Services Agreement with Gale Associates, Inc., Mountain View, CA, for the latter to review floor slab-related items shown on the original drawings and other available District documents, perform site visits to observe existing conditions, extract two concrete cores, test three floor vapors and prepare a report of findings and recommendations, in conjunction with the Emerson Elementary School Water Intrusion Investigation Project for the period commencing March 1, 2005 and concluding no later than September 1, 2005 in an amount not-to-exceed $14,500.00.
