Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Contract between the District and Victoria King, Hayward, CA, for the latter to provide family engagement and support services to Elev8 site, including leading a site based development of family resource centers and the coordination of family support services such as parent education, legal services, physical and mental health, child care, and translation services; provide case management services to a minimum of 50 families as identified by the site and Coordination of Services Team; organize family advocacy and outreach campaigns aligned with the parent community of the school in collaboration with all partners, as further described in the Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, through the Family, Schools, Community Partnerships Department, for the period of November 15, 2013 through June 30, 2014, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
