Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Contract between the District and PMA Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 110 hours of support by providing an experienced media consultant, capable of trouble shooting technology problems and trained to work with students at risk; differentiate instruction and provide opportunities for students to practice targeted skills; develop project based learning; direct students research using the internet; provide direct services to newcomer ELL's using the Rosetta Stone software and other ELD software, in an additional amount of $2,730.03, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of the contract from $1,297.44 to $4,027.47 and extending contract period from August 31, 2010 through September 16, 2010 to May 6, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
