Title: Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Project Assignment, Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement for General Services by and between the District and AGS, Inc., San Francisco, CA, for the latter to perform Geotechnical Field Study/Geologic Hazard Study and CGS/DSA Coordination services through to project completion and DSA certification for the Melrose Leadership at Maxwell Park Site – New Middle School Building Modernization Project, as described in the Scope of Services, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the not-to-exceed amount of $30,415.99, for the term commencing on October 15, 2026, and shall end upon the completion of all assigned projects pursuant to the Agreement.
