Ratification by State Administrator, on behalf of the District, of Professional Services Agreement with Robert Hitchinson, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide state required inspection services in conjunction with the Piedmont Elementary School Portables Project for the period commencing June 10, 2005 and concluding upon completion of the project, or permanent abandonment of the project by the District, or September 10, 2005, whichever date comes first, in an amount not-to-exceed $3,000.00.
