Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Safer School Solutions (S3), Inc., Fort Lauderdale, FL, for the latter to partner with the District to assist in developing comprehensive safety and security protocols, enhancing emergency preparedness to include a needs assessment to identify gaps and inform training development, collaborative design of updated and role-specific protocols, and customized training materials for initial and ongoing professional learning, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Continuous School Improvement, for the period of February 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $29,000.00.
