Approval by the Board of Education of an Amendment to Employment Agreement - General Counsel of the Oakland Unified School District by and between District and Jenine Lindsey, for the latter to serve as General Counsel of the Oakland Unified School District, for the term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, at Range 18, Step 1 of the Executive Management Salary Schedule with an annual base salary of $306,046.15, District paid benefits, supplemental retirement plan contributions, and other fringe benefits as provided for in the Agreement.*
