Approval by the State Administrator of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between District and Gibson and Associates, for the latter to conduct an evaluation of the District's California Mathematics and Science Partnership POSIT grant for grades 4-8 science teachers, including developing cohorts, conducting leadership team meetings, conducting classroom observation of teacher practices, and other criteria as stated herein, for an additional amount of $8,100.00 increasing the original contract amount from $$29,970.00 to $38,070.00, for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
