Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Common Vision, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide weekly gardening classes for the students and engage students in planting school gardens, shade trees, and orchards to create an engaging outdoor learning environment for children; and provide teacher professional development, tree stewardship, and active maintenance of edible gardens during recess and summer breaks at Martin Luther Jr. Elementary School, for the period of August 17, 2026 through September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
